本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ブラウザ上で動作する Web アプリケーション「Codex Blanche」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。例: GitHub Pages 配布。
「運営者」とは、本アプリソースコードの著作権者であるBelleval officeをいいます。本リポジトリは GitHub 上の Tamari-log 組織のもとにホストされる場合がありますが、著作権者名義は Belleval officeとします。
本規約は本アプリを利用するすべての方に適用されます。本アプリは Tamari-log/Codex-Blanche で公開される場合があります。本規約に加え、プライバシーポリシーも適用されます。
本アプリはサーバーレスでブラウザ内で動作し、ユーザーが指定する Google Gemini および OpenAI 等の AI プロバイダの API を利用します。応答の正確性・可用性等について運営者は保証しません。本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。Gemini 呼び出し時に safetySettings を無効化して送信する場合があります。
API キー等はユーザー自身の責任で管理し、設定に応じて sessionStorage または localStorage に保存される場合があります（詳細はプライバシーポリシーを参照）。
法令違反、第三者の規約違反、濫用・不正アクセス、権利侵害、その他犯罪に結びつく利用を禁止します。
ソースコードのライセンスはリポジトリ内の LICENSE に従います。著作権者名義は Belleval office です。再配布・フォーク時はライセンスが求める表示に加え、Belleval office および本リポジトリ由来であることが合理的に分かるクレジットを残すものとし、自己のみがオリジナルの作者であるかのように誤認させる表示・主張をしてはなりません。
運営者に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、本アプリの利用に起因する損害について責任を負いません。AI プロバイダの変更・停止等についても責任を負いません。
本規約は必要に応じて変更されます。ご意見は Issues へ。

These Terms govern use of the browser-based web application “Codex Blanche,” for example the GitHub Pages deployment.
“Operator” means Belleval office, the copyright holder of the App’s source code. The repository may be hosted under the Tamari-log organization on GitHub.
These Terms apply to all users. The Privacy Policy also applies.
The App runs serverlessly in your browser and uses AI Provider APIs you configure. Provided “as is,” without warranties. Gemini requests may be sent with safetySettings disabled.
You are responsible for credentials, stored per settings in sessionStorage or localStorage.
Unlawful use, abuse, unauthorized access, rights infringement, and similar conduct are prohibited.
Licensing follows the repository LICENSE. Copyright: Belleval office. When redistributing or forking, preserve reasonable credit to Belleval office and this repository and do not misrepresent yourself as the sole original author (“passing off”).
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
